Consent to the Processing of Personal Data

Version of 31 August 2026

By submitting a form on sales.aplora.pro you consent to the processing of your personal data on the terms set out below. How we handle data in general is described in our privacy policy.

1. Who you are giving consent to

Consent is given to Aplora Sales, Warsaw, Poland, as the data controller. You can reach us at info@aplora.pro.

2. What data this consent covers

The data you enter yourself:

  • your name;
  • your phone number;
  • your email address;
  • your company name — if you provide it;
  • a comment about your situation — if you write one.

3. What is collected along with the form

So that we can tell where an enquiry came from and evidence that it was sent, the following is stored alongside your fields: the address of the page the form was sent from, the referring page, the campaign UTM tags, the date and time of sending and receipt, your IP address and your browser string.

4. What we process it for

Only for what you left the enquiry for:

  • contacting you and answering your enquiry;
  • clarifying your situation and agreeing a time to talk;
  • running a demo of the product;
  • preparing and discussing a proposal.

5. Consent is voluntary

You are not obliged to give it. Without a name and a way to reach you, though, we cannot answer your enquiry — that is what the form is for. Declining has no other consequence: the site works exactly the same.

This consent does not cover a newsletter. If we start one, we will ask for separate consent.

6. How long the consent lasts

Until you withdraw it, and no longer than 3 years from our last contact. After that the data is deleted without you having to ask.

7. How to withdraw it

Write to info@aplora.pro — one sentence is enough and you do not have to give a reason. We will delete the data and confirm it by email within one month.

Withdrawal does not make the processing that happened before it unlawful. Some data may remain where the law requires us to keep it — in accounting records, for example, if we had signed a contract by then.

8. Who the data is shared with

Your enquiry becomes a record in our Notion-based CRM, where someone on the team picks it up and gets back to you. The full list of recipients and details of transfers outside the EEA are in sections 5 and 6 of the privacy policy.

9. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, correct it, have it erased, restrict its processing, port it to another controller and object to processing. The rights are set out in full in section 8 of the privacy policy, together with how to exercise them and where to complain.

10. How consent is recorded

Consent is given at the moment you press the form's submit button. The evidence is what is stored with the enquiry: the date and time it was sent, your IP address and your browser string — the same items listed in section 3.
